5:45pm – Catered Plant-Based Chef Dinner Menu

  • Minestrone Soup
  • Italian House salad with Balsamic Strawberry Dressing
  • Eggplant Rollatini with Roasted Tomato Basil Sauce and Pickled Onions
  • Pasta Primavera with Season Vegetables in a white wine veggie broth
  • Rosemary Roasted potatoes
  • Lemon garlic roasted broccolini
  • Lemon bread with balsamic reduced berries and whipped/sweet cream
